Terms and conditions:

Payments:

We only accept payments via Paypal.
Payments are processed through the safe system of PayPal and are subject to PayPal's policies and terms.
Buyers do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card using PayPal.

Elaboration time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping is 2-3 days after receipt of payment.

Shipment:

We ship by registered mail international, safe, traceable and requires a signature at the time of delivery.

Delivery time:

Europe and Mediterranean basin: 6 to 10 working days
America, Countries of Africa, countries of Asia and Oceania: from 15 to 22 working days.
Holidays and Saturdays are not included in delivery times.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fee that can be applied.
We are not responsible for the delays due to customs.

Return policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every article you buy.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can contact us within 3 days of delivery, after we have agreed the return you can send the item within 14 days of delivery for a complete refund of the purchase price, deducted shipping costs.
The article must be returned in good condition, not used/worn in original packaging (when possible) and with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer.
You will have to use a traceable shipment and communicate the tracking data as soon as you have sent, when we have received the goods and that we will have checked the perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund.
The seller is not responsible for customs commissions or any other commission that can be applied to the returned articles and will be deducted from the reimbursement value.
The reimbursement will be issued within 15 working days of receiving the returned article.

Returns and exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Defective or wrong article:

You can return the defective or wrong articles, you can resvue them to our idyur:
